Over twenty six years ago my life was very different. It was chaotic, filled with struggle and upheaval - abuse, loneliness, separation, suicide attempts, financial crisis etc. But that’s a story for another day…
I see upheaval as the catalyst that helped me blossom into who I have become and still am in the process of becoming.
In my experience, the difficult, painful moments in life introduce us to our depth, the courage and Grace within. With inner journeys transformation begins.
Transformation is not easy. The path of healing can be a difficult one more so when we are alone. Wouldn't it be nice if life came with an instruction manual?!
I know what it feels like to walk alone hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel and not sharing with anyone because you don't want to be vulnerable.
Wouldn't life's difficult times be less challenging if we had support and some guidance?
What would you say if I told you that we don’t have to do it alone. Through my life experience and inner journey I gathered some beautiful pearls of wisdom; first, there is support in the form of guides, teachers and friends freely available when we are open to receiving. Second, we are co-creators of our reality and it's never too late.
