SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

The Kindred SoulzS SMS messaging program sends communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages from us.

Messages may include program, course, workshop, event, or community updates; registration or purchase confirmations; reminders; customer support communications; important account or service updates; and other communications related to Kindred SoulzS offerings.

Where applicable, SMS consent is collected through forms or other opt-in methods that clearly disclose the nature of the text messages being requested. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to the number that sent you the message.

After sending "STOP," you may receive a confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

If you wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll using an available Kindred SoulzS opt-in method.

4. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message frequency varies depending on the programs, services, communications, and offerings for which you have registered or provided consent.

6. Supported Carriers

7. Age Restriction
