Why This Work Exists
Kindred Soulzs Academy was born from my own seasons of healing, rebuilding, and remembering and from supporting others through the same.
Over the years, I noticed a pattern:

I’m Bhavya Gaur, founder of Kindred Soulzs Academy and your guide in this season of your becoming.
Along this path, I’ve served as an Akashic Records Teacher & Guide, Reiki Master/Teacher, IET Master/Instructor, Master of Crystology, astrologer, numerologist, breathwork facilitator, certified trauma-informed Mastery Coach, international speaker, and bestselling author of Worthy To Be Me.
For nearly three decades, I’ve supported individuals, from healers and entrepreneurs to executives and women navigating major life transitions, through deep emotional and identity-level transformation.
My work integrates spiritual depth with psychological grounding so clients experience change that is sustainable, embodied and applicable in real life.
But beyond credentials, this work is personal. The wisdom I share is lived, embodied and earned.
I know what it feels like to carry responsibility outwardly while feeling disconnected within. I know what it means to rebuild from the ground up.
At the heart of everything I offer is this truth:

Over twenty six years ago my life was very different. It was chaotic, filled with struggle and upheaval - abuse, loneliness, separation, suicide attempts, financial crisis etc. But that’s a story for another day…
I see upheaval as the catalyst that helped me blossom into who I have become and still am in the process of becoming.
In my experience, the difficult, painful moments in life introduce us to our depth, the courage and Grace within. With inner journeys transformation begins.
Transformation is not easy. The path of healing can be a difficult one more so when we are alone. Wouldn't it be nice if life came with an instruction manual?!
I know what it feels like to walk alone hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel and not sharing with anyone because you don't want to be vulnerable.
Wouldn't life's difficult times be less challenging if we had support and some guidance?
What would you say if I told you that we don’t have to do it alone.
